We are seeking a Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant with strong technical skills and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience. In the future, this position is expected to include subordinates; however, initially, the role will function as a stand-alone accountant. The primary focus is on extensive professional experience, strong knowledge of IFRS and the Tax Code, and hands-on expertise in 1C. Previous experience in banks or exchanges will be considered an advantage.

— Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
— Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in an international company/AIFC-registered company/in a bank.
— Certificate “professional accountant”.
— Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation, IFRS standards.
— Ability to manage multi-currency accounting and foreign exchange operations.
— Experience with accounting software (1C)
— Attention to detail, discipline, responsibility, and analytical mindset.
— English – at least pre-intermediate.
— Full accounting and tax reporting for the company, CIT, and AIFC reporting
— Payroll management – calculation, accruals, and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and related deductions in compliance with legislation and company policy.
— Liaising with external auditors and consultants.
— Development of internal regulatory documents.
