We are seeking an energetic and goal-driven Sales Associate to scale our market presence and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with key strategic partners and institutional clients in the trading and financial services sector.
Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role (Business Development Manager/Sales Manager) within the Forex, CFD, FinTech, or Prop Trading industry.
Deep Market Understanding: Expert knowledge of financial markets, trading platform functionalities, and company products.
Network: An existing network of contacts (IBs, Affiliates, institutional clients) in target regions is a significant advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to lead business negotiations, deliver compelling presentations, and close deals.
Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing market data, forming strategic conclusions, and making data-driven decisions.
Tool Proficiency: Full proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Russian, Asian languages) is a strong plus.
