Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support cargo van drivers across the U.S.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Negotiate and analyze freight rates, ensuring profitable loads.
• Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations).
• Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle.
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and real-time issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• 2−3 years of proven experience in U.S. cargo van dispatching (priority).
• Experience in pricing, rate negotiations, and cost optimization for loads.
• High proficiency in English and Russian (fluent written and spoken communication).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Stress resilience to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of U.S. geography and time zones.
• Experience with BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.
• Background in truck dispatching, freight brokerage, or fleet management.
