Requirements
— Proven experience as a System Administrator in a multi-platform environment (Windows, macOS, Linux).
— Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, ZyXEL) and server infrastructure.
— Proficiency with modern workplace tools, including Atlassian (Jira) and Google Workspace, Slack, AI solutions
— A strong understanding of networking fundamentals and information security principles.
— Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
— Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating technical documentation.
— A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and work with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
— Provide expert-level administration and troubleshooting for our Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems.
— Install, configure, manage, and maintain all office hardware, including servers, networking equipment (Cisco, ZyXEL), NAS devices, and access control systems.
— Proactively monitor system performance, perform regular health checks, and execute necessary hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal operation.
— Uphold and implement the company’s information security policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity and safety of our data and systems.
— Collaborate with internal teams to plan project deadlines, manage resources, and effectively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
— Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and operational procedures.
