Job Title: Business Development Manager
Actively participate in revenue and market share growth of Hanwha Vision security products in the Kazakhstan. This position will be a key liaison to the specific vertical market in our security industry. Meet and develop relationship with end user and industry contacts to uncover project opportunities for Hanwha Vision’s video surveillance technology and systems. Coordinate and communicate with other internal and external team members to ensure maximum growth, working closely and in relation with other sales staff and sales management.
· Build and implement action plans to effectively and efficiently execute on company strategy.
· Identify business opportunities and create solutions for the education vertical.
· Develop key competencies as required to maximize success.
· Work closely with CM and Other Team Member to drive sales by ensuring the specification of Hanwha product on major projects.
· Discover and track opportunities, follow up and distribute leads to partners.
· Identify customer needs, respond to RFI’s/RFQ’s/RFP’s and work with the Team to prepare quotes and demonstrate our solutions.
· Update and maintain data in the company CRM
· Maintain an extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets and competition.
· Execute on internal business deliverables within the appropriate timeframe.
· Provide strategic and market feedback to the business.
· Build and execute on plans to support customer and market training needs.
· 8-15 years of Security Industry Sales Experience. Specifically, in the Education Vertical
· Strong interpersonal written/verbal communication, organizational and leadership skills
· Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization
· Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
· Strong attention to detail
· Proactive and high energy
