Описание вакансии
Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and approval of technical documentation, including specifications, technical conditions and drawings;
  • Development of drawings and diagrams of products or their parts according to the requirements of the project;
  • Control and maintenance of design documentation;
  • Coordination of document flow between the Company’s structural divisions and with clients/project participants;
  • Accounting for received and sent correspondence, systematization and storage of documents;
  • Ensuring monitoring and control over the issuance and transfer of design documentation to Customers;
  • Uploading and sending documentation via email and file sharing;
  • Preparation of an application for change and approval with the Customer in the event of changes in design data;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering/automation or similar education
  • Work experience from 5 years
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCad, NanoCAD, SolidWorks programs
  • Ability to navigate through details and organize documents
  • Knowledge of document flow procedures
  • Ability to actively manage processes and databases
  • A time-oriented approach to handling requests and tasks
  • Fluency in English (written proficiency)
