Job Description:
Job Responsibilities: Strictly implement the rules and regulations of the hemodialysis unit; Familiar with and master the performance of various types of machines in dialysis room; Conscientiously do a good job in the medical records of dialysis patients, keep abreast of the condition of dialysis patients, and formulate individualized dialysis and comprehensive treatment plans; Inspect patients and record changes in patients' conditions at any time; Timely assessment of dialysis efficacy; Manage dialysis complications.
Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in clinical medicine or nephrology related majors, good clinical professional skills and communication skills, work experience in hemodialysis, ICU, cardiology, etc., physician qualification certificate is preferred
