Senior Maintenance Planning Engineer - Trainer
EAM, Enterprise Asset Management Responsibilities:
o Responsible for creation of EAM load file database for all new commissioned maintainable Rotating & Static equipment. The Load file includes complete details, specifications, maintenance schedules, work frequency generation, materials & resources required to support planning and scheduling of Maintenance ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning. The EAM load file is uploaded to CMMS.
o Training of Maintenance Planning team in all aspect of EAM/ERP scheduling and CMMS. Provide technical assistance to maintenance planners and maintenance execution team.
o Revision, monitoring and optimization of Preventive Maintenance schedule. Ensure timely completion of PM program across all facilities in Onshore & Offshore
o Preparation of periodic update of Master Equipment List (M.E.L.)
o Interface with all maintenance divisions for the timely and maximum use / executions of CMMS (Oracle EAM), to improve the reliability and safe operation of equipment.
· Maintenance Planning Responsibilities:
o Provide wide range of scheduling, CTR – Cost, Time, and Resources, monitoring and reporting, planning and scheduling of field development activities, both Offshore & Onshore Facilities.
o Responsible for planning & scheduling work plans, Corrective & Preventive maintenance schedules and Periodic Calibration Schedules for Offshore & Onshore equipment. To include critical spare parts inventory (min/max) for all major and critical equipment. Work in close coordination with Maintenance Team in developing Planned Maintenance Routine / Procedures for proper implementation.
o Responsible to track and carry out technical and economic justification of proposed Maintenance work plan, budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) with financial justifications all year round
o Responsible to prepare Maintenance Planning Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Liaise with Maintenance Superintendent periodic analysis & recommendation to achieve year end Maintenance Planning KPI and Scorecards
o Reports Directly to Maintenance Superintendent and Field Construction & Services Manager
o Responsible for all periodic deliverables & reports on maintenance equipment repair and analysis, manpower & resources usage
o Support other departments in organizing and controlling all work requests, spare parts, ordering and inventory control of company assets.
o Responsible for the training and development of four (4) Planner Assistants.

Senior Planning Engineer
Second Generation Enhancement (SGE) is a portfolio of projects aimed at improving both Capacity and Reliability of SGI and SGP to achieve additional oil production without increasing the production of associated sulfur products. The portfolio includes: SGI/SGP Capacity & Reliability Project Objective: Achieve the SGP optimized Structure Maximum Production Potential SMPP) of 41,800 tpd at world class production efficiency without increasing the production of associated sulfur products. It includes the following major scopes of work:
o New E219 Kettle Reboilers
o SGI Liquids Handling Projects
o 2012 CHEVRON TOTAL Shutdown
o PU-340 (Sour Gas Dehydration)
o Unit 200 Produced Water Handling
o Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG)
Responsibilities
· Directly reporting to SGE Project Manager Stephen Powell and Lead Planning Engineer, Mike Stock; Directly responsible for the preparation, progress updating and maintenance of project construction schedules and related procurement etc interfaces at all levels to ensure control of construction work through to commissioned plant handover;
· Develop and maintain Owner detailed construction master schedules using critical path network format with discipline resource allocations, and co-ordinate with Operations for systems handover and Operations shutdown planning group scheduling;
· Use project approved Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure and Schedule Hierarchy, and company’s corporate Primavera version 7 software package to create well-structured schedule report formats to inform management of forward plans, current forecasts and status;
· Monitoring and appraising the performance of Contractor's Site in the areas of cost, progress and schedule control:
· Coordinate and audit schedule content from multiple contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the Owner construction master schedule.
· Confirm that critical paths are realistic and highlight problem areas with recommended remedial actions; Monitor, assess and forecast progress of activities of interfaces and construction contractors’ work;
· Set up construction progress assessment basis, cost progress measurement, cost-time-resource breakdown of deliverables and reporting system.
· Prepare plan/actual/ forecast progress curves, cost curves, histograms, tabulations and other schedule graphics; Prepare/ collate weekly and monthly construction progress reports with deviation analysis for input into overall project status reports for management and partners;
· Assist construction team in developing alternative execution strategies for critical work areas to resolve problems before or during execution;
· Assist in the development of overall integrated EPC master project schedules for future construction projects providing input for construction sequencing, durations and resources;
· Provide cost control group with planning of expenditure, progress and value of work evaluation and forecasting; Gatekeeper for ensuring that Activity Planning processes are followed through effective planning and communication and instill planning principles and rigor to the functional teams to help sustainability;
· Close collaboration with Tools & Systems team with regard to Primavera system settings (Work Break-down Structure (WBS), layouts etc.).

Senior Planning Engineer
· Work closely with all levels of client organization, in particular with Project Managers and the project management teams (PMT) to ensure accurate and timely cost and schedule controls are implemented and maintained during the project lifecycle;
· Ensure appropriate project control resource levelling and EPC controls tools.

· Develop/maintain schedules, identify issues, and preclude impact to project milestones and objectives;
Periodically submit progress reports to internal and external project team and participate in schedule discussions;
· Develop shutdown plans for the FIELD to optimize manpower and equipment in order to meet Company's requirements; Using Primavera version 5.0 and Maximo software;
· Mobilization plans for personnel & equipment that meets the requirement of the Shutdown Plan; Manpower histograms indicating trade/discipline to meet shutdown plan requirements;
· Implementation and preparation of shutdown planning, planned preventive maintenance planning, opportunity based planning, campaign maintenance and development planning;
· Plan, assess and liaise with all company's departments and services to ensure availability and provide resources, materials, documentation and other resources required for shutdown preventive maintenance;
· Report on a shift basis the actual status against planned progress as indicated in the Shutdown plan, including areas of concern and any remedial action that may be necessary;
· Development of reports, monitoring progress against plan, performance spreadsheet and S-curves;
· Prepare and issue plans for the demobilization of manpower and equipment etc. following the completion of the Shutdown;
