Piping Engineer
- SDC&IDC for ISO, GA and documents according to TCO specs, ASME&API codes.
- Reporting on Status Progress Work
- Being responsible for accomplishing 3D model as per P&ID.
- Responsibilities a.g. of the Lead Engineer in the group during his absence.
- Pipe Support Stress analysis by FEA.
- Selection Special Pipe Supports as per Stress Analysis Report (Spring Supports, Rigid Struts, PTFE Slide Bearings, Special Anchor and Guide Supports and etc.)
- Provide SEQ, ITC during the Construction works.
- Review and Confirming Vendor's drawing, Quotations, PRs & POs
- 3D Modeling, Design ISO's, Piping GA drawings, Design Piping Details, Design Detailed Drawing of Special Pipe supports.
- Design Jacketed Piping, CSI ControTrace & ControHeat, Pumping, Design Steam & Condensate lines, Manifolds, Heating system and etc.
- Prepare technical documents as per TCO specs. (Data sheet, Job Pack, MTO, MR, RA Package, Construction Guidance)
- I consider of the Piping Design Criteria as per SID, Design Features, Inspection, Installation, Testing Requirements, and Materials (according to Mechanical & Chemical properties) during design.

- Gained Extensive knowledge and experience of the fabrication & Installations Pipe Spools (by stage), Tanks, Pressure Vessels, Valves, Metal Structurals, Welding and WPQRs.
- Prepare Visual Test Report of weld joints on pipe spools and structural steelworks (over 600 VT reports)
- QC to the following works: Checking Piping Fit-Up (CS, SS, Inconel, Kill Lines), VT of Weld joints, Checking NDT works and reports, PWHT, Hydrotest, Pigging, Plug Test, Installation valves and pipe spools, Torquing.
- Internal & external inspection of Equipment (pressure vessel, boiler, heat exchanger, pumps and etc.)
- QC at TCO, Bechtel projects (SGP Turnaround Projects, Tankfarm - CSC Project, MS projects, FGP projects, Turnaround on SGI project).
- QC of Welding Procedure Qualification Record (WPQR) as per ASME BPVC Section IX for WPS.
- Monitoring Welding Database, Making Technical Piping Passport (TPP), Hydrotest packs and prepare As-Built drawings.
- Design Isometric drawings, pipe supports drawings in auxiliary works.
