Scope of work in above projects
- Installation, testing and commissioning of transformer, switchgears, solar panel, battery banks, regulation unit, RTU, GOV, MOV and associated circuitry. Laying of power and control cables, trays, MCC / PCC panels, earthing grids
- Installation, testing and commissioning of temporary and permanent CPS for pipeline, plant piping, large AST and HVAC mitigation measure
- Installation and commissioning of tanks instrumentation (level, temperature, overfilling – Guide wave Radar, Magnetostrictive
- Review of electrical and Instrumentation diagram, temporary and permanent CP design for pipelines, tankages, preparation of MS, commissioning reports and task risk assessment
- Liaison with third party for tie in of electrical power, hooking up in FOC network, SCADA, foreign pipeline owner / High tension power line company for crossing, parallelism, interference testing & commissioning
- Identify and quantify total number of engineering deliverables, man-hour allocation, format of delivery and time schedules
- Planning and strategize work plan based on overall project execution plan
o Provide consultancy services to other projects of the company on design review, commissioning and report generation
o Lead a team of electrical & CP personnel and act as interface between management and technical team.

Scope of work
● Review cathodic protection design and procedure documents, highlight problems, suggest up grading, modifications and to ensure the quality implementations for the existing and new CPS projects
● Monitoring and maintenance of cross-country pipelines, buried plant piping, offshore structures, sea water screening and pumping station, distribution channels, large above ground storage tanks (oil and water), turbine condenser.
● Conducting surveys DCVG, CIPS for cross country pipelines
● Technical assessment and interpretation of field data and recommend changes in operating parameters and monitoring/inspection programs
● Preparation and delivery of annual and periodic reports, corrosion status of systems and assessment of trends from surveys Rehabilitation of complete sea water Intake building C.P. system (240 MMO anodes)
● Investigation of failure of ICCP and Sacrificial CP System and recommending remedial action for avoid future failures
● Supervise and inspect on-going project for the CP System Gas Pipeline Network.
● Review CP documents submitted by the contractor
● Fully familiar with NACE recommended practices, Industrial permit to work system, Industrial fire-fighting and safety procedures.
● Ensure that procedures for the safe execution of tasks are in place and adhered to (including Task Instructions, Permits-to Work,
Task Risk Assessments, Toolbox Talks).
● Worked on Electrical control circuit and interlock for Switching operation, Protection trip, interlock of Pumps, Switchgears, Generator and Transformers.
● Cable laying, cable termination and cable fault detection
