PROJECT CONTROLS (PLANNING,ESTIMATING,COST CONTROL)
Demonstrates basic knowledge and application of: (Not required for Entry Level Graduate):
Company’s Project Management (PM) system, CPDEP, CSOC, and associated processes, practices, tools, etc.
PRC’s Cost Engineering handbook, principles, processes, tools, practices, etc.
• Develop a detailed action plan for fulfillment of set tasks
• Collect, summarize and structure the information
• Develop resolution options within the framework of professional duties
• Make practical steps for personal development
• Share his/her work experience and information with colleagues for achievement of corporate goals
• Express his/her thoughts clearly and in structured manner both in written and verbal form
Works as a member of a multi-functional team to support / accomplish project controls activities and responsibilities
May functions as a quantity surveyor and/or earned value practitioner
Validates contractor invoices and calculates earned value
Works with Finance to ensure established accounting processes, systems, and procedures are followed
Understands and applies Operational Excellence (OE) and Incident and Injury Free (IIF) principles / tenets and practices at work
