Deliver, develop, deploy, implement, support, administer, monitor and control of ICT Infrastructure and related back-end technology in a consistent, cost effective way to meet the business requirements of Venture companies and any agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Operating Level Agreements (OLAs).
The planning, implementation and control of ICT Infrastructure and related back-end technology service provision. This includes negotiation, implementation and monitoring of service level agreements, and the ongoing management of operational facilities to provide the agreed levels of service, seeking continuously and proactively to improve service delivery.
Takes responsibility for the design, procurement, installation, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance and effective use of ICT Hosting & Storage, System Services and Data Center Infrastructure components and monitors their performance, availability, continuity and capacity.
Supports Venture Hosting & Storage, System Services and DC/DR Infrastructure related contracts, projects & activities in cooperation with respective Team leads, other technical teams and suppliers.
The job holder must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic / Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
The job holder must have at least 2-3 years of experience in supporting ICT Operations Back-end Infrastructure in complex environment.
Experience in virtualization technologies based on VMware.
Experience in Cisco Data Center, Switching & Routing
Experience and advanced level skills in Back-end Infrastructure Systems (Virtualization VMware, Blade Servers, Storages, Tape Libraries, Virtual Infrastructure VSAN, NSX, VDI components, etc.) and Services (Microsoft: AD, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, Print & File, Messaging; HP-UX, Linux, ESX, etc.)
Training certificates on VMware products Data Center Virtualization
Training certificates on Cisco products Associate level, CCNA – Data Center
Training certificates on Storage products Associate level, EMC VNX, Unity, NetApp, HPE 3PAR
Knowledge in international standards, best practices and frameworks (ISO 270001/2, COBIT, COSO, ITIL, etc.) are an asset.
